SUBSCRIPTIONS

What does your sign up fee include?
Our one time sign up fee is 100% refundable when you cancel your subscription. The fee is to cover the cost of insulated tote bags and ice packs. When we receive your returned tote bag and ice packs after your last day of delivery, we will refund your sign up fee.
Can I order without subscribing?

Yes! Feel free to try our meals by placing individual orders without buying a subscription.
Individual orders do not have a sign up fee because they do not come with insulated cooler bag or ice packs.
There is NO delivery fee for individual orders.

Do I get charged an extra fee if I lose my insulated tote bags and ice packs?

No! Let us know if you lose your bag and/or ice packs so we can replace it on your next delivery. Re-using the bags and ice packs helps us provide a sustainable delivery service.

Delivery

Where are your delivery areas/zones and what is the cost for delivery?

To help guarantee your meals arrive in the freshest condition, there is a small delivery fee associated with your order. We deliver to most areas around the Puget Sound including Bellevue, Bothell, Brier, Burien, Edmonds, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kent, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Redmond, Renton, SeaTac, Seattle, Shoreline, Tukwila, Woodinville.
The cost for delivery is $2.50 per day (not per meal) to Seattle and $5.00 for outside Seattle.
The exact price is based on your zip code and will be assessed upon checkout.
For non-subscription orders, the price includes FREE delivery!

When can I expect my meals delivered for all meal subscribers?

We deliver twice a week, Monday and Wednesday, generally between 9 AM to Noon. You do not need to be home to receive it (contactless delivery). The ice packs and tote bag provided will keep your food chilled throughout the delivery window. Please leave or set your tote bag and ice packs back out where we delivered it and we will pick them up upon your next delivery (replacing with new ones).

When can I expect my meals delivered for non-subscription orders?

The exact time of delivery will vary but we do ask you to be home to receive your meals, because it doesn’t come with insulated cooler bag or ice packs. Generally, we deliver between 9:00 AM – NOON, Monday and Wednesday. We will keep your meals cold throughout the delivery window.

Do I get notified about my delivery?

Yes! You will receive a text from us when your delivery has been completed.

MEALS & ORDERING

How do I heat up my meals?

Our meals will come to you fully prepared so you just have to heat them up in the microwave. Generally, the meals heat up in about 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). If you’re unsure, start at 2 minutes and heat in 30–second increments until the meal reaches an inner temperature of 165° F. Our meals are packaged to be heated in the microwave (for the ultimate convenience), but you can heat them in the oven if you’d like. Our current meal containers aren’t safe for the oven or stovetop, so you’ll have to transfer your food to heat it up.

What is the ordering deadline?

The cutoff for next week’s meals is Thursday night at 11:59pm. Orders placed Friday or later will start the following week. If you missed the ordering deadline and would like meals for the current week, we will do our best to accommodate you. What size meals do you offer?

We offer individual meals only. On average, they weight about 1 pound. If you are interested in ordering in bulk for larger groups, please call us to discuss your catering options. Bulk orders can be delivered hot for immediate enjoyment!

Do you accommodate dietary preferences including allergies?

All of our menus are noted with GF (Gluten Free) & DF (Dairy Free) when applicable. We do not accept requests to remove key ingredients from the dish especially if they are important to the integrity of the recipe being created. BILLING, MANAGING MY ORDER & SUBSCRIPTIONS

When & how often am I charged for orders ?

Your initial payment is charged at the time you place the order.
For Subscription services you’ll be charged weekly.
We’ll charge the default payment method on your subscription, but you can update bank-issued debit or credit cards at any time.
You won’t be charged if:
You skip a week since you won’t be receiving meals that week.
You cancel your subscription. If you reactivate your subscription, you’d be charged for orders on a weekly basis.

Can I cancel or pause a subscription ?

Definitely! Just make sure you do it before our cutoff time, Thursday Evening by 11:59 PM to stop your next week’s delivery.

Will I be locked into a contract with your subscription?

No! You can cancel your plan at any time. Subscription canceled before our cutoff time (Thursday, 11:59PM) will be effective immediately for the following week. Subscription canceled AFTER our cutoff time, will be effective the week AFTER the following week.

Can I delete or change my method of payment?

Yes, log in to your account and adjust your billing info.

What happens if I cannot be charged for an order?

If we’re unable to charge your card, we’ll send a notification via email or call to let you know the payment was unsuccessful.
You’ll have a deadline by which to update your payment info or we MAY not make your next scheduled delivery.
